Examples: The Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Formula

In each example below we use SAGE to compute the conjectural order of ${\mbox{{\fontencoding{OT2}\fontfamily{wncyr}\fontseries{m}\fontshape{n}\selectfont Sh}}}(E/\mathbb{Q})$ and find that it appears to be the square of an integer as predicted by Theorem 2.15.
